Meet The Team
Sonja Oshida, RMHCI
I was born and raised in South Africa, but have called the U.S. home since 2004. I found myself longing for more and became a member of the US Army and served as a Healthcare Specialist (Medic). It was during this time that my desire to address mental health issues was born. I completed my undergraduate degree in Public Health at AMU followed by a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at GCU.
As a mental health therapist, my objective is to be an effective, unbiased, counselor that effectively guides clients in life choices and career endeavors while advocating for the counseling profession, upholding ethical standards, and committing to lifelong learning.
